Annette Winchester

Annette Winchester is a mother and homemaker. She is married to husband, Steve, they have four children, and one grandchid. Annette is a graduate of Nampa High School, Ricks College, and Brigham Young University and received teacher certification at Utah State University. She has taught grades 5-7. Mrs. Winchester has served as PTO president, Bonneville Education Foundation member, Ricks College Alumni Association member and co-authored a parenting column for the Post Register for 12 years. She has served on the Mayor's Youth Scholarship Committee for the past four years. Annette also served on the State Middle School Task force. 

Annette has been on the Board since 2001. She represents ZONE 4-Fairview Elementary School, Rocky Mountain Middle School, Lincoln High School, and Bonneville High School. Her term expires in 2015.

Kip was born and reared in Sandy, Utah, graduating from Alta High School. He attended the University of Utah, but graduated from Idaho State University in Biology. He also graduated from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA, in Cardiovascular Perfusion. He is currently self-employed. He is married to Janalee Johnson of Idaho Falls and has four children. He represents Zone 1.  His term expires in 2015.

Amy Landers is originally from Southern Oregon.  Upon graduation from High School, she attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education/Family Home and Consumer Science.  Mrs. Landers worked as a Teacher and Track Coach in the Bonneville School District for four years until starting her family.  She and her husband have five children, all of which are attending District #93 schools.  Mrs. Landers has remained an advocate for education by being actively involved in various PTO positions in the schools that her children attend.  She has also participated in education on a District level, working with the Facilities Planning Committee for District#93 for the past five years.  Mrs. Landers has maintained her teaching credentials and holds a current Teaching Certificate for the State of Idaho.  She is married to John Landers, a Clinical Psychologist in Idaho Falls, and they have resided in the Bonneville School District for over 12 years.

Amy represents Zone 2 - Ammon, Hillview, Tiebreaker, Woodland Hills Elementary Schools, Sandcreek Middle School and Hillcrest High School. Her term expires in 2017.

Jeff Bird is proud to be from a large family and to have been born and raised in Bonneville County. He earned his rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 13 and graduated from Bonneville High School in 2004. He knows District 93 and its needs because he is a product of it. He served 2 years in Alaska on an LDS mission after graduating from high school. Jeff enjoys playing tennis and has competed on a national level. He is co-owner of Bird Brothers Construction based here in eastern Idaho. He has been in construction work since 2007. He is married to Stephanie Jensen of Moscow, Idaho, and has a son, Porter, who will be attending the district starting in the fall of 2017. Jeff has several nieces and nephews who are currently attending schools in District 93 and many more who will be attending soon. He is interested in making the future of this district as bright as possible for the benefit of not only his family’s children but for the benefit of all children who live within the district. They deserve the best!  Jeff represents Zone 5, His term expires in 2017.

Brian McBride was born in Idaho Falls, and was raised in Rexburg, where he attended Madison High School.  Brian is married to Marion Spradlin of Conway, Arkansas.  Together they have three beautiful daughters.  After graduating from Ricks College in Pre-law,  he attended Weber State University before coming back to Rexburg, where for ten years he co-owned and operated McBride Photography with his brother.  As a member of the PPA,  his work has been recognized with some of the top photography professionals, including the elite loan collection publication. While in Rexburg, Brian served as a special director with the Rexburg Chamber of Commerce,  served on the board of trustees for the Idaho Professional Photographers Association, and for a short time served as a volunteer firefighter for the Madison County Fire Department.  Later, he went back to school graduating from Pittsburg Institute of Mortuary Science. He received his license in 2008, and is currently employed as a mortician and funeral director with Wood Funeral Home. He is also a proud member of NFDA.  He loves to be in the service of others and looks forward to serving as a school board trustee.

Brian represents ZONE 3-Falls Valley Elementary School, Sandcreek Middle School and Hillcrest High School. His term expires in 2017.
