Craig Lords is a native of Idaho Falls and a graduate of Skyline High School. Mr. Lords received his Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University. He has been employed by the City of Idaho Falls for the past thirty years. Craig is currently the municipal services director. He is a member of the Idaho School Board Association, Past-President of the Idaho City Clerks, Treasures and Finance Officers Association. He is married with six children and fifteen grandchildren. He represents ZONE 3-Falls Valley Elementary School, Sandcreek Middle School and Hillcrest High School. His term expires in 2013. |

Annette Winchester is a mother and homemaker. She is married to husband, Steve, they have four children, and one grandchid. Annette is a graduate of Nampa High School, Ricks College, and Brigham Young University and received teacher certification at Utah State University. She has taught grades 5-7. Mrs. Winchester has served as PTO president, Bonneville Education Foundation member, Ricks College Alumni Association member and co-authored a parenting column for the Post Register for 12 years. She has served on the Mayor's Youth Scholarship Committee for the past four years. Annette also served on the State Middle School Task force. Annette has been on the Board since 2001. She represents ZONE 4-Fairview Elementary School, Rocky Mountain Middle School, Lincoln High School, and Bonneville High School. Her term expires in 2015. |

Wendy Horman is the mother of five children and has served on the Board since 2002. She graduated from Dixie State College. She served as President of the Idaho School Boards Association in 2006-2007 and is currently board chair of the Idaho School Boards Association Foundation which oversees the Idaho Lighthouse Project, a research study on the role of school boards in student achievement. She serves on the Board of Directors of Education Northwest in Portland, Oregon, and has served on numerous local, state and national education committees and task forces. Wendy introduced FAME (Fine Arts Mini-Experience) to District 93 and taught in the program for 10 years. She enjoys music and is on the Board of the local chapter of the American Guild of Organists. Her husband, Briggs, is a physical therapist in Idaho Falls.
Wendy represents Zone 2 - Ammon, Hillview, Tiebreaker, Woodland Hills Elementary Schools, Sandcreek Middle School and Hillcrest High School. Her term expires in 2013.

DeVere has been married to his wife Toni Bingham for 17 yrs. They have four children, ages 15 - 5 who will be attending District 93 schools for the next 13 yrs. DeVere is from northern Utah, he graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelors of Psychology with a minor in Spanish in 1993, and Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling in 1995. He is Co-owner and Clinical Director of Rehabilitative Health Services, Mountain River Mental Health and IMPACT - Solutions for Families. Board member of The Mental Health Providers Association of Idaho. Past President of The Bonneville Interagency Council. He and his wife serve on the School Improvement committee for Rocky Mountain Middle School. DeVere is the Regional Director for Rocky Mountain Grid Kid Football, and is a volunteer Track Coach for Rocky Mountain Middle School. He and his family have lived in District 93 for the past 14 years. He represents Zone 5, Iona Elementary School, Discovery Elementary School, Rocky Mountain Middle School and Bonneville High School. His term expires in 2013.

Kip was born and reared in Sandy, Utah, graduating from Alta High School. He attended the University of Utah, but graduated from Idaho State University in Biology. He also graduated from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA, in Cardiovascular Perfusion. He is currently self-employed. He is married to Janalee Johnson of Idaho Falls and has four children. He represents Zone 1. His term expires in 2015.
