| The faculty of Fairview Elementary School endorses and supports the philosophy of the Board of Trustees of School District #93. Our goal is to help each child become a responsible, productive member of society with valuable work force skills. We will strive to help all students develop to their fullest potential through the teaching of basic values and the basic academic curriculum combined with problem solving, critical thinking, communication skills and current technology. Students will be encouraged to listen to others with understanding and be flexible in their thinking. We will provide the structure, encouragement, and a safe environment through the maintenance of classroom discipline that will foster growth. We encourage respect for others by treating students, faculty members, and patrons with respect. Fairview School should be a place where students enjoy attending, a place where learning is exciting. |
