Sandcreek Course Description Book

Vision Statement
The students, staff, and parents of Sandcreek Middle School, in partnership with the community, desire to create a learning environment that inspires all students to explore their abilities, talents, and interests. This environment will be safe and allow students the opportunity to accept personal responsibility and grow educationally. Our goal is to prepare all of our students to meet the challenges they face in an ever changing world.

 

Mission Statement
The mission of Sandcreek Middle School is to design, develop, and implement educational programs that meet the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical needs of each student. These programs will encourage academic development as well as prepare our students to become productive members of society.
School Description
School Performance Report
Sandcreek Middle School is one of two middle schools in District. #93 which houses seventh and eighth grade students. It is located in the Ammon townsite. It serves approximately 690 students from Ammon, Falls Valley, Hillview, TieBreaker, Centennial Ranch and McDonald's Farm subdivisions.
Dragon Spirit Store 

The Dragon Spirit Store will be open on Fridays during lunch.  The following items will be for sale:  T-shirt, long-sleeved Tee, pullover hoodie, zipped hoodie, scarf, beanie, plush blanket, fleece picnic blanket, headband, and pen. 

 

Popcorn Fridays 

The PTO will be selling popcorn in the commons for $1.00 during lunch on Fridays.

 

Saturday School
The Saturday school program provides an opportunity for your student to complete missing assignments. During the week, students are asked to take advantage of time at lunch and/or after school to finish their assignments, those who choose not to are then referred to Saturday school. If your son or daughter receives a Saturday school referral, you will receive a recorded message from the school. Your support of this program will ensure greater success for your student at Sandcreek Middle School.
