Sandcreek participates in the Upper Snake River Valley Conference. The league sponsors competition in Volleyball, boys' and girls' Basketball, Wrestling and Track.
Sandcreek competes against seven other schools in the conference: Gale, Eagle Rock, Taylorview, Rocky Mountain, Mountainview (Blackfoot), Rigby and Madison.

Requirements:
All students must have passed five regular classes the preceding semester. They must have a current physical on file at the school and have parental consent form signed. Each athlete must also have current activity card.
